Usually don’t leave reviews whether good or bad but today the pace of play was so bad I have too. No range master and a group was giving lessons on the greens with a group in the fairway and 2 groups on the tee box waiting to tee off. Course sits in a retired community. FYI went on a Thursday at 2:30. Half the greens were good half were atrocious, green speed unpredictable. Get what you pay for price was not bad. Took 6 hours to finish the round. Have played here before and finished quickly tho.

A few patchy greens (not really a problem) but overall great condition from fairways to greens. Tee boxes were okay here and there. Great technical course to challenge your accuracy.

This course is in so much better condition than it has been. Very impressed with the improvements and super fast greens!

This is one of the worst courses I have ever played. Makes sense now that it's one of the cheapest courses around, even at $50 a round. The tee boxes are nothing but sand and weeds. The fairways are dead grass and dirt patches everywhere, the rough is basically unplayable, it's all sand spots and dirt, and the greens are covered in weeds. No water on the course. All the ball washers are empty or broken, no food cart, the bar inside is closed. Next time I spend the extra $30 and go somewhere else
