Nice hidden gem.
Solid course that not many folks know about. Stays in strong condition year round. Course is long. No straight fairways. All greens elevated and protected. Greens are always in good condition. Yes, it stays wet, but that's because they have to overwater it. Even during rainy season.
I paid $25 to play there at a time many of these courses are charging $70-100. 75% of the courses can't compare with this one.

Staff is not enthusiastic, they are helpful but low energy. The rate is overpriced, it’s nice that you have the comfort of not hitting a house or hitting into traffic. Fairways are tight and some of the greens are hard to determine from the tees between holes. Poor drainage, happened to try this course after 4 days of rain, lots of uneven points of plays

Honestly they should’ve closed the course today. Second time here and it’ll be the last. Standing water in the fairway with drives sinking right in the ground, no drinking water or cart service, and port-a-potties on the course. It was CPO but even that was underwater and badly broken in places. The greens were quick but had patches of weeds and clumps of grass clippings on most of them. The tee markers were covered in algae and the flag poles broken. Even for a municipal course this one is not in good shape. Avoid until you hear it’s improved.

Good value, No homes surrounding fairways. Fairways and greens aren't plush but they're decent.
