If they would enforce the " no more than 5 per group" rule, that is literally posted everywhere, this would be a better course. Could use some over seeding as well, rye grass isn't expensive. The groups that were out there didn't have much etiquette either. Waited at least 5 to 10 minutes at each tee box. No sense in playing through when we would have to wait for another large group on the next hole

Low cost, but ridges and ponds randomly around the course. If you miss a fairway or a green you’re most likely in a small pond. Your ball is most likely not playable if you dont hit the fairway.

Very fun layout and awesome people. I highly recommend!
