West is a beautiful course. It’s challenging both because of its design by three hall of fame golf course architects (RTJ, Dye, and mainly Doss). The design and course condition are continually improved upon by the head greenskeeper and the west course supervisor. They stay on top of new tech and new ideas for old problems and new. Always ready to make changes when necessary to level the course up a notch for the seasoned golfer who’s closer to scratch. Tough course. Huge greens. Beautiful.
