Overpriced, very difficult due to tight fairways, greens are inconsistent but mostly slow, 200$ total for a junior to play.

For the area it was a good value. The tee boxes were very nice and the fairways were pristine, when I actually found them, but the greens were damaged, patchy, and over all neglected
