Good little practice course to work on your short game. Got around on the 9 holes in about an hour and change. Only down side was the greens were in really bad shape! On certain holes I’d just hit my tee shot and not even try to putt they were so bad!

Par 3 is currently in terrible condition. Go to chateau elan instead. Greens are full of bald spots and weeds. It’s like putting on the surface of the moon. And if you can’t putt at a par 3, what’s the point? My ball literally jumped 6” during a putt. On another one it hit a bald spot and jolted 30° off the line. Even the practice green is in bad shape. Tee box is just sand. And with all of that, there’s a bunch of slow groups out not repairing call marks.

Overall, the layout of this little par 3 is fantastic. Fun to play. Pace was good with people on it. The greens do need a lot of love though. To be fair to the grounds crew, there is a lot of shade on quite a few of those greens but even the ones out in the full sun need help. Mind you, this is only for the par 3. Course. I have not played the 18 hole course so I can't comment on the greens there
