Layout/design is good, condition is subpar. Greens need to be redone, not much grass just rolled the hell out of them so they are very fast. Fairways/rough is hit or miss, maybe grass will be better in to summer but around greens conditions aren’t great either. I’d say it’s a solid $65 course.
