This course is in rough shape but it is being improved, it has improved much just in the past month. Fairways are much better but the putting green have a way to go. Don't write this course off its coming around.

Course is in bad shape. Patches of 6” long grass on the greens. Bald patches on all the greens. Bunkers full of grass and weeds (no sand at all). Fairways were terrible

Course is in need of more work, appeared they aren’t too equipped machinery wise yet, Turfs in rough condition everywhere on the course, tee boxes are sandy and not grown in, fairways are okay but need a year or two to grow, the greens are shag carpet at best with the exception of hole 10, which even being the best green, is not saying much, and pins are limited to 1/10 of the green where the “turf” is Could also use signage to help out for directions with the half grass half pavement cart path
