You get a fair value for what you pay for. The fairways and greens are in pretty good shape, but the tee boxes were rough. Fun course, all things considered.

Tee box’s are terrible mostly dirt Other than that course is in decent shape, some of the greens are beat pretty bad especially the 235 yard par 3
