The price is pretty high for the conditions of the greens. The greens have lots of dead spots and sand. Very hard to get a true roll on a putt. Pace of play is also slow at this course most of the time. Hoping the rains and workers improve the greens for late summer rounds

Expect to do terrible around the greens. They're 90% dirt, covered in divot marks, and some of them have huge gashes in them. Not worth the price unless you're practicing for a tournament that's held in a dirt lot. Fairways and bunkers were fantastic.

This course overall is a great track. Plenty of bikers but not overkill. Plenty of water but not every hole. Some holes wide open but enough trees to make you need to still be strategic. Greens are a good speed and none are completely flat, almost every putt over 6 ft will have some break to it. Peninsula green par 3 is fun. Greens are much better condition than 2-3 years ago. Nice staff.
