Pace of play was great. Played 4:15 with a 10:30am tee time. Conditions are just not great. Really shaggy bumpy greens. Dead spots(some sort of dead fungus) on almost all of the greens. No rough to hold the ball from going into the desert. Most places just bare hard ground. Fairways are 50/50. $69 for NV resident is just too much. My playing partner from out of state paid well over $100 and was not happy at all. Vegas is not getting a good reputation ripping these tourists off.

I recently played at Stallion Mountain Golf Course in Las Vegas, and I really enjoyed the layout and the sceneryโthe mountain views and distant Strip make it a fun course to play. The fairways are nice, but I found the greens really hard, which made the ball roll very slowly and required a lot of extra touch on putts.
The course has some challenging holes, and I liked the mix of bunkers, water, and elevation changes. The clubhouse and staff were welcoming, and tee times were easy to book.
