As someone who only started playing last year, this is a perfect place to practice. It’s not very hard at all but definitely fun. Depending on the time of day if can be very slow because of the demographic and general skill level of players there but I go in the early morning and had no problem finishing the round in 1.5 hrs walking. A thing to note is the greens are painfully slow and you really have to hit it on there (I’d say the same putt at Bethpage would be hit with about 1/2 as much force). For how many people play throughout the day I’d say the course is in decent condition I always see employees fixing pitch marks on the green in the middle of the day which is good because people don’t do that here.

Pace of play usually painfully slow, course is in pretty bad condition. Get what you pay for
