Always enjoy this course, especially the east 9. Today's pace was slow because it was a large tournament not the courses fault

This course had a decent layout and some great views from the East course. The course was in good condition but some bunkers had too much sand in them. The greens were too fast and a handful of greens were sloped unreasonably such that even good shots rolled off the greens. Pace of play was OK at 4 hrs and 30 minutes although we were held up as the course slipped a twosome in front of us at the turn. The staff was friendly and it had a driving range and grill.
