Decent course for the $. Grey course in process of reopening and plays much nicer than the Red. If you want to play 18 holes for sub $30, this is the place to go. Keep in mind you get what you pay for and a lot of the fairways could use some love…

It could be a lot better!! I’d rather play Knollwood!

Unfortunately foxfire is in bad shape. They have closed the Grey course, personal favorite, and are only playing the red course. The fairways are bare patches of grass and the greens are diseased and dead/dying. This is unfortunate as this course has so much potential and was a great course when in playing shape.

This is quite possibly the worst golf course in a 15 mile radius. The fairways and greens are neglected and have no live grass at many points, even the cart paths are in bad shape. If my options were a free round at foxfire or paying 60 dollars for another course, I would pick the other course.
