Gulleys on almost the entire back 9... just a poorly managed course. Don't even use a cart. You will tear your clubs up... bring a ATV with you with how terrible the course is. Price was $35 for weekend so it's also what you get but I have played a ton of way nicer $25 18/hole courses. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great value for bad conditions

Course has some excellent potential but is in horrible shape. Cart paths are not worth having as they are literally destroyed in many areas. Can't seem to grow grass in normal places (like the fairways and especially the roughs). If you enjoy hitting off rough clay and hard pan, have a blast. NO SAND in any bunker (plenty of leaves, sticks and rocks) and greens were hard as a rock. Even the low price is not worth it. Hopefully the course will get some attention and funding. Horrible shape
