This place used to be a hidden gem, now it’s completely overbooked with no accountability. Took over five hours to finish a round today. Group two ahead of us hitting multiple balls off the tee and taking 15-20 minutes a hole. No ranger in sight. It’s a great track that I’ve played multiple times but have heard it’s gotten bad with pace of play. Confirmed that today. I won’t be coming back. If I wanted a five hour round, I’d drive to pinehurst.
