Course use to be a lot better, has declined over the past few years. Is still playable but don’t expect a proshop, food or nice greens

Was always my favorite course growing up. Tee boxes, sand traps (unplayable) and greens are very rough. Ton of burnouts and ant hills. Fairways and rough are decent. Still a great course setup just needs some major TLC. Pace was great for a Sunday but the price was expensive for the product they are providing $42 to walk 18. Price has been like this for years with no great improvements to the grounds. The grill is the best value of the whole place. Hot dog, chips, drink and candy was $8.

Be an awesome course if it was in Afghanistan

This used to be a really good course. They aren’t taking care of it. Most greens are diseased, no water. Bunkers with little to no sand. And the staff are all complete jerks. They didn’t even have carts available when we arrived, had to wait 30 mins past our tee time while they let walk ups take carts. I was a member here at one time and I will never go here again.

As a local, Jamaica run used to be a staple. First time playing here in a few years, and it was ROUGH. Carts were in awful shape, tees, fairways and greens look like the irrigation is broke, and the cart paths about rattled my brains out. Cart lost all power half way through the back nine so I just left. Very disappointed. I hope to come back again and play if it is ever in better shape.

Nice for the money needs some work

I got a $25 “deal” for my greens fee today. If it was any higher than that, I wouldn’t play this course. It was “ok”, but I definitely wouldn’t call it nice. Tee boxes and greens were in need of care. Fairway bunkers were not well kept- at least one of them was overgrown with grass and weeds. No one was sending off tee times, so there was cluster and confusion from the beginning. The guy in the clubhouse was very nice and helpful, though. If I got another deal, I would play - otherwise, pass.
