Very under maintained. Greens were atrocious. Tee boxes were non existent, just concrete and dirt. Fairways were bald and hard as can be. Would not pay over $20-$25 dollars for 18 holes and cart for these conditions.

SEE PHOTOS!!! By far the worst course conditions I have ever seen. Do not waste your money or time here. All the fairways and rough were dirt and burned out. The tee boxes were atrocious and the greens and course looked like they haven't been watered in decades. They could not pay me to come back and play this course. If I could give it negative stars I would.
