Good rates, course in need of repair , greens in poor shape, fairways also in bad shape Crabgrass everywhere.

Greens are very dry and patchy. Fairways are not the best either but the views are great. This course has good potential just needs better upkeep! Overall it’s a good starter course but i wouldn’t recommend it for competitive play.
