Quick note, this course is private, not public. It was beautiful, in fantastic shape, very difficult (undulated greens and tough pin placements), and near empty due to its exclusivity. Great course but is supposedly invite only. I’m sure it’s typically very expensive, so that’s the explanation of the lower grade on value.
