Kind of a boring course. Way overpriced.

Course was extremely dry.

Course was in horrible condition. The location is amazing, right on the inter coastal with a fantastic view. But the greens are horrible, not worth putting on. Tee boxes are bad as well as fairways. So sad to see an amazing location used so poorly. I highly recommend not playing this golf course.

I've played probably played 40 rounds at this course. Non resident greens fees are overpriced. The annual pass is a good deal. Do not rent clubs here, it's cheaper to fly your clubs down even if you're only playing one round. Condition of the course is pretty good, but inconsistent mainly due to the weather. Greens and fairways are in good shape. Tee boxes could use some work. The bunkers are very frustrating here, which is my biggest knock on the course. Some bunkers are well maintained, some need more sand, and a few are hard pack clay. People complaining about "bumpy fairways" don't understand that the course is links inspired and undulations are a difficulty factor to keep you from hitting driver every hole. Patriots point is absolutely worth playing. Staff is friendly. It's a very easy course up until the 16th hole. The last three holes can blow up a card quick, but atleast the water views from them are great.
