Needs something work but overall good value 👌

Greens were very bad and sand everywhere. The tee boxes were so overgrown.

Most of the greens have a lot of damage and are slowly recovering. The track is a great layout. Pace-of-play is fast and friendly staff. I'm sure it will recover nicely and be one of the finest tracks in the area.
