Not in the best shape at the moment. Tee boxes are patchy and hard as a rock. Fairways had alot of divots, and the entire course had alot of dead grass/dirt areas. Greens were in good shape but impossible to read due to sporadic sprinklers.

For the course only being open a month, it's starting to get some bare spots.
