Needs some grounds keeping done, greens were dry/dead lots of weeds very lumpy and bumpy. The yardages were off about 5-15 yds +/- from posted. There were no "tee boxes" more or less mats place randomly. So for the avg guy just trying to get a quick round yeah it works just fine. But for the stronger golfer looking to test their short game there are definitely better courses.
