Pace of play is pretty variable, often times the greens are empty. Putting greens are awful. It’s like shag carpet. Needs like 4 Aerations.

Sprinklers were randomly coming on during the round, was disruptive. Club members seem to zig zag around to different holes, confusing etiquette. Golf carts are rough.

Always a fan of buckskin. If you’re accurate the fairways are nice and well maintained along with the greens. Go left or right and you’re in the desert dirt and rocks. Like a pitch and put on steroids. No need for a driver.
