Greens were in great shape and lightning quick. Otherwise the rest of the conditions are fair to OK, some of the tee boxes are chewed up and the sand is way too thick for how wet it gets. Tough to swallow an $80 round just to walk. But that’s where we are anymore around PDX unless you play the city courses. Pace of play was good on this day. It’s definitely a step up from Redtail & Meriweather but feels a bit overpriced still…

I like this course, but the cost is getting crazy. 2 people, 1 cart, range balls, and hot dogs at the turn puts us over $200. My wife and I like golfing together, but this price makes it so we can only basically golf a couple times a season together. In my opinion, the value is not there at all.
