Greens held great, but some have bad areas. Possibly from frost damage. Could use an overall overseed on the fairways. Pace was very fast because of playing on a Tuesday morning mid September. Unfortunately, we came up on a 4-some of members that didn't let us play through so the final 4 holes played extremely slow. Poor etiquette. (They were still on the tee box while we were finishing putting out forcing us to wait on the tee boxes, then again on the fairways)
