The course normally is great but worth the recent rain storms the course is about a dry as a sopping wet sponge I was chunking or topping every shot and to make it worse my little brother shot 39 which is a better score than I have ever shot in my life.

It's a great value course. Definately lots of beginners so it can be slow at times. Greens are crazy slow. Can make it hard to play other courses, its that slow. Rough is like or if bound, fairway like rough, greens like fairways. All that said, for the price it is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to just go play for practice. The tough lies makes other courses feel easier to make contact, again making it perfect for learning in challange conditions.
