Solid budget option in Phoenix. Shorter course great for practicing irons and short game. Greens are meh, but overall solid for the price.

It's a great course o a budget. Driving range hits off grass rather than mats and the sand traps are actually great sand.
Greens, tee boxes, and fairways are in great shape, everything else is dirt.
