Every course I have played lately was scorched to smitherines. Flackwell actually had fairways!! This course is beautiful, with incredible views. The greens are in great conditions! The ball actually sticks & makes a divot! The tee boxes are lovely & like carpet. I really can’t fault this course & would highly recommend anyone playing it!!
