Really gone down hill pricing is about 50% more then the course is worth. Fairways are dead and not maintained so feels like hitting off pure dirt. No pro shop for forgotten equipment. But worst of all you have to pre order a sausage roll in advance and only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Only advantage is pace of play as there's so little people there you can really take your time.

1st time playing. Really enjoyable. Bit boggy, which is to be expected but course still in great condition.
