Insanely hard greens, very difficult.

New course so lots to work on (understandably). The pace of play is slow and no Marshall to keep things going. The greens were impossible to hold, we all had to plan our shots 15-20 yards short and they still bounced up 30+ yards. There are basically no bathrooms on the course so you have to pee in the wide open because of all the construction. The cart girl was seen twice, and she didn’t take credit cards, cash only, so we were screwed there. There are no water stations either.

Still being developed homes dirt flying be careful with your eyes bring sunglasses. Good conditions decent play dust is a bit of a minus besides that good course play it while you can!

New course will be great when it matures, play it while it’s not completely private

Spectacular course layout and condition. I know it’s new but wow there is nothing there. Bring your own drinks, food, and alcohol if you want it. “Pro shop” had 0 alcohol/real food, only snacks and soda/water. There was a cart girl but she was completely empty on almost everything.

Awesome course love the layout. Greens and fairways a beautiful and immaculate. Course plays very tough when it gets windy.
