Played here a few times in the past couple of years and it seems to have gone downhill somewhat. The condition of the greens and fairways used to be immaculate, but now there are large chunks of barren, dead areas on almost every fairway and quite a bit of ground under repair. We played the East course on a Monday morning and it was ridiculously busy. It was the slowest round I've played in my life - extremely long waits between every single shot, and 10 or 15 minute waits on every tee box.
