While it’s a fun par 3, the greens and tee boxes are in horrendous condition - specifically the greens. They’re so patchy that a straight shot will jump and hop all over, and if it catches a patch edge, off the line it goes. Rough and “fairway” from tee boxes to greens are in good conditions, and the structure of the course is very cool. Lots of potential here, but thought it would be groomed like the big course, and it unfortunately wasn’t.
