Maroochydore Golf Course feels like stepping into Middle-earth, with fairways as lush as the Shire and water hazards reminiscent of the eerie Dead Marshes. As the sun sets, shadows stretch across the land like the creeping dark of Mordor. Floodplains and hollow marshes guard ancient secrets, while bunkers loom like the dangers of Mirkwood. Every hole presents a challenge as formidable as Frodo’s journey, making it an epic adventure for any golfer brave enough to play.

That afternoon is a bit more social so was slower pace of play, beautiful course

Phenomenal course and extremely welcoming. The wind absolutely howls when it wants to and makes it an intense hit out. Thoroughly enjoyed.
