Future of Hanse's Olympic Golf Course looks bright 

The mastermind behind the Olympic Gold Course, Gil Hanse, has been praised for the blood, sweat, and tears he put into getting the green prepped and ready to go in time for Rio. All of his hard work will continue to pay off even after Rio’s conclusion as the course will be handed over to the Brazilian Golf Federation where an academy will develop and build the local golf community.
