Designed by Robert Dean Putnam, Madera Golf Course is unquestionably one of the finest municipal golf facilities in central California. Open since June of 1991, it is now considered to have some of the best greens in San Joaquin Valley. This 18 hole, par-72 championship layout is truly a fun course to play.

Madera Muni is a good course, usually enjoy it. Last round, there was a group of FIVE!! Painfully slow. Didn't offer to let anyone play through. Three to four groups behind them just standing around waiting. Very rude.
