Course was not very well kept it's next to a paper mill so it stinks and the smell sticks to you the greens were the worse part they go from fast to slow depending on the hole and there was little crab grass sprouts everywhere causing putts to go all over the place

The course itself is not bad for the area that it is in. The only issue I have with the course is I feel it’s a bit high in price for the condition most of the course is in. Instead of $40ish it’s should be close to $30ish.

You are literally right next to a very active train depot and freeway. But, with some nice ear plugs and a face mask it would be pretty enjoyable. Also, expect about 4 guys who play there every day to push you at an incredibly fast pace. You will not see these guys when you tee off at Hole 1, but you will find them behind you by Hole 2. I waited for 20 minutes for an Uber and I saw them go through the 9 holes 2 times at least. The greens also run like hell. Like, my home course has greens that already run fast, but I could not use my wedge to get the ball on the green or it'd roll right off.
