White soft sand, greens are rolling ok but could use some attention. Patches of dead grass on the edges of nearly every green. Rough is non existent, If you miss the fairway or green it’s pretty much backyard golf. Tee boxes are horrible unless you play the tips.

I little rough but getting better

Very fun course with some unique holes, condition is a bit rough though on a lot of the greens and some fairways. Overall it’s a steal for $30 for 18.
