Although the course is relatively cheap to play, the conditions are very poor, the tee boxes are virtually non-existent and some of the greens have brown muddy sludge on. The fairways have no grass and the bunkers have no sand. There’s not much of anything, although there is a lot of litter.

It was pretty poor condition in general, very wet and super soft ground. The greens were not smooth at all, one hole didn't even have a green! Decent value though. This rating is for the 9 hole "Canal" course only. The main course looks to be in much better shape.
